We use GoCardless Direct Debit, managed through the Squeegee app. After each visit we trigger payment for that visit — you don't need cash or card on the day, and there's no monthly subscription charge.
No contracts and no minimum term — cancel any time. The first clean is slightly more expensive than recurring cleans (around 50% more) because neglected glass takes longer to bring back to spec, but from the second visit onwards you're on the standard price.
The first clean takes longer because windows that haven't been cleaned recently need extra attention to remove built-up grime, water spots and pollen residue. The first-clean price is around 50% higher than the regular price, then it drops to the standard rate for every subsequent visit.
Light rain is fine for cleaning — pure water dries spot-free regardless of weather. Heavy rain or strong winds may mean we reschedule for the best results and our safety. We'll always let you know if we need to move a visit.
